Again, there is a relation to 1993: this building deviates in style from the other buildings along Bulevardul Unirii. In 1993 I was inside this this building which at the time was abandoned in an unfinished state; it was not even a building site. Apparently, it was eventually completed, but it seems in a different design from the original one.
