4. Haw Par Villa

In my opinion the Haw Par Villa is the #1 indvidual attraction in Singapore. It is a park filled with statues, and many arranged so that they tell some story of virtue. If you have ever used tiger balm, this is where you get your money back: the park was created by two brothers who made a fortune on tiger balm as their way to pay back to soceity. Entrance is free.
