Stensjön is one my absolute favourite for a bathing exursion. It's located in the Tyresta national park just south of Stockholm. It takes me more than two ours to get there from that I left home. But them I don't only get some lazying by the water, but I also get some physical exercise with cycling and walking. If the forest on the other side of the lake looks sparse, it's because this part of the Tyresta forest was on fire a couple of years ago.
