The museum includes a great hall, which I guess is used for ceremonial purposes. There are no exhibits in the hall as such, but the hall is a piece of beauty in itself. As for the blue boards on the stands: each board commemorates a soldier (presumably from Poltava) who has perished in the war in Donbass.
