The garden at the Magnolia Plantation is the oldest public garden in the United States. The garden is a mix of forested areas which to some extent are left to themselves and areas which are very carefully planned, planted and maintained. The red handrails mirrored in the waters reminds of the perfect elegance you can find in a Japanese garden. No duckweed on this pond! |
