After a while, I came out on a road that went along this canal. I stopped here and there to see if there was any exciting in the water, like an alligator. I did see a mighty bird, which I was able to shoot two pictures of from inside the car. (I realised that if I would get out of the car, the bird would fly away.) Unfortunately, my camera had a different opinion on where the focus should be, so the pictures were crap.
