I came back to this forsaken place so I could get on the train to Charleston. This waiting time was shorter this time, and I spent most of that time at Say Yum, which appeared to be a fairly recent outfit, strategically situated opposite to the train station. Their main focus seems to be ice cream and the like, but the lunch sandwich I got here was actually quite good. I had a nice chat with the owner, who is from Jamaica originally and who was dressed up in a suit since it was Sunday, and one of his employees. If you ever get some waiting time in Wilson, I definitely recommend Say Yum for lunch!
