One of the shopping malls at Potsdammer Platz has this unusual feature – a watchtower. I don't recall whether it seemed to be a permanent installation to highlight the fact that the Wall stood there, or whether it was just part of the very interesting exhibition observing that it was 25 years since the Wall came down.

By the way, note the photo to the left of the tower of the jumping soldier. This photo is the same scene we saw as grafitti on East-Side Gallery in the summary.
