For my first night, I stayed at a hotel in the Gràcia district, which is some kilometre beyond La Rambla and the old town. Somewhere close to the hotel, I saw this building with its unusal forms. I have no information about the house, but is obviously built in the style known as modernisme, driven by a number of Catalan architects around 1900, or which the most famous is Antoni Gaudí i Cornet, or just Gaudí for short. In fact, in lieu of any other information, I would assume that Gaudí is the architect. Whatever, there are plenty of works from Gaudí in this suite of pictures.
