Cantavieja is a village of contrasts. There are houses which are worn and torn, but there also newly renovated houses and even newly-built ones. I got the impression that Cantavieja is getting an uplift thanks to a growing tourism. (But if you detest tourist swarms, don't need to worry. It's still very quiet in Cantavieja.)
