To visit the inner parts of Poblet, the only option is to follow a guided tour. Depending on when you arrive, the tour is in Castilian or Catalan. My tour was in Catalan, and I would be lying if I said I learnt much. Not so much depending on the language, but simply because of my lack of interest. I prefer to look at what I find beautiful, like this altarpiece, but I don't care too much about the details behind it.
