When I walked by this statue, I observed this pigeon that constantly dipped the bill into water coming out of the statue. Since there is a small pond around the fountain this appeared to be a complicated way to drink. Is it only just for fun? Or is the pigeon smart, and realises that running water is likely to be healthier than water in a pond?
