In a way the forest is maybe not that exiting. Dense in places and somewhat dry since it grows in dunes (I guess). However, it was a certain thrill to be here: in the regulations for the delta biosphere, the forest is strictly off-limits. But if you come with the locals, it does not really apply, I guess.
