I ended up at this place after dinner on my first night (when it was 35°C in Bucharest) and was impressed by the size of the place, and there was plenty of people there. The waiter had time to chat with me, although I only had a coke. There are two men offering live music, something I observed fairly often during my first stay in Romania in 1993 (and also during my short re-visit in 1995). Interesting enough, this was the only occasion I saw it this time.
