20. Artist's Palette

There are several sites of thermal wonders in the area around Rotorua, and you would need a couple of days to see them all. Given that they all are variations on the same basic theme, that could be an overdose. Wai-O-Tapu was definitely worth the entrance fee, though, as it offers a lot more variation than the other sites that I visited. If you are only going to visit one of this type of sites while in the area, this is the one, in my opinion.

This pool is known as Artist's Palette because of all colours from the minerals in the water.
