I've now proceeded over to the other side of Nakasu, and I am now in a district known as Nishi-Nakasu ("Western Nakasu"), and which is just south the confluence of Naka-gawa and a another smaller river. There is some older houses here, although a few modern houses have crept in. This is a peaceful area.
