For some reason, I had the idea that the canal and Aude would cross each other, and that sounded exciting to me. But after a while I realised that this was not the case. When I reached Aude, about where the city ended, I changed direction and returned back to the city with the idea of following the Aude upstream. On my way, I captured this view over the city with the snow-capped mountains in the back.
