We saw many sorts of birds this day, and here in the low vegetation hides a white-throated antpitta, lured to the open by Mario's good imitation of the antpitta birdsong. This bird may not look very special, but Mario told me that if I told an active bird-watcher that I've seen a white-throated antpitta they would be stunned.
