On the road back, I made a detour down to Cabra Corral, which is a big resevoir some 50 km south of Salta. I assume that this is where the Salteños go when they want to go swimming. There was some camping site down by the lake, and some tour boats, but it was not really that special. But the dam is quite nicely situated.
