I did not stay in Buenos Aires, but I directly got myself on a bus to Tandil in the middle of Pampas. Pampas, as you may know, is a vast argricultural area. And this is nothing for smallholders, but the estancias are large, and you see vast fields. Sometimes you see the cattle, and sometimes you don't, because they are too far away. This is taken from the bus.
