Sun Moon Lake

Sun Moon Lake is Taiwan's biggest lake, although much of the lake size is due to a dam built in the 1930s. Located in the mountains a little more than 700 metres above sea level, it is one of Taiwan's most popular holiday resorts, and it is certainly quite beautiful here.

Unfortunately, it was overcast and occasionally rainy the days I was here, but I could still admire the beauty.
