12. Empty Mall

This is not really a shopping mall. Rather it is a regular street which they have covered with a roof; you see this in many Japanese cities. One would expect this to be the main shopping drag, but... It is Thursday afternoon, amd there is hardly anything open. Business does not seem to be thriving.
