5. Fortress Walls and a Queue

A fortress wall runs along Inwangsan. It was originally built in the 17th century, after the Japanese invasions in the 1590s.

I am not the only one hiking the mountain this Sunday. No, there are a lot of people, and you can see a long line of them going up the mountain. At one point, the queue stopped, because people were coming down, so the pedestrian traffic jammed.
