Yeouido is an island in the Han river that runs through Seoul. There is a fair share of business and government buildings here. The 63 Building is one of the more noteworthy. I took the elevator to the 58th floor in hope to get to an observation deck, but I was told it was closed for renovation. But there was a restaurant where I had lunch.
