1. Sunday Morning Inwangsan

Korea is a mountainous country, and Seoul is no flat exception, but there are mountains here and there. 338 m high Inwangsan is just a few tube stops away from the heart of the city. Hiking is a very popular pastime in Korea, and on this Sunday morning there is a constant stream of hikers going up the mountain – look closely in the picture and you can see them.

It was almost silly. As I was getting close to the peak, I got stuck in a queue due to people going down and the path was to narrow to really permit meeting traffic.
