No, this is not from a national park. This is from Meiji-jingu, in central Tokyo. Meiji-jingu is a big Shinto shrine, a memorial for Emperor Meiji whose reign lasted over 40 years. Beside the sanctuary itself, the shrine includes a big forested area that apparently is left alone from human intervention.
