This blue building sports a café that has is not one of the cheapies. A café au lait was over ¥1000! The cakes were more regularly priced, though, around ¥500. The menu was also special. Normally when I got a menu it was in Japanese and English (or only Japanese), but here they had the menu in Japanese and French! The Japanese name of the place was Yoku Moku, but on the top of the menu was the origin of this name: JOKK MOKK. Does that look French to you? Well, it isn't. Jokkmokk is a small town in the far north of Sweden! I really cracked when I saw it. Despite the prices it was a very nice place. Just a pity that there were no free tables out in the yard. |
