| Torrechiara is a castle some 20 km outside Parma, perched on a hill with god views over the surroundings. The castle building itself has well-preserved wall paintings, and it was a true pleasure to walk around and admire these. The fact that it was off-season and I had the place to myself, made it even more enjoyable. | ||
