Kalynivsky Market is a huge outdoor market area on the opposite side of the river Prut. The market does not only attract the locals to come here to buy, but also serve as an import nave into Ukraine from various countries and people from other outdoor bazaars in Ukraine come here to stock up. When I was there, the atmosphere was quite tranquil. Some people like me casually looking around, but not much business. At several stands, I saw people spending their time by playing cards or similar.
