Ukrainians take their Easter eggs seriously and a folklore museum in the Lavra area had a full room dedicated to Easter eggs. This sphere is not a random collection of such; it is a work of the artist Oksana Mas'. Except that she did not paint all those Easter eggs herself, but asked 70 different people to paint eggs from her sketches; only children below 13 were permitted to choose their own motifs.
