After the flag-rolling ceremony, the stage was left to various performances. This picture is taken from the bell tower of the St Sophia's Cathedral which is just by the square. The place is not really packed, but that may be due to the rain that started to fall in the afternoon. The concert dragged on to around 22:30. The statue to the right is Bohdan Khmelnytsky, Cossack leader and national hero.
