The photos might again have been rearranged. In the foreground some of the army propaganda pictures from Slovyansk and Kramatorsk. The clock is still not working, but someone has moved the hands. I don't know too much about the building beyond the bridge, but according to Google Maps, it's the International Centre of Culture and Arts of the Trade Unions of Ukraine.
