Bigger picture

At the time of the disaster, the Chernobyl plant had four working reactors and it was the fourth that collapsed after a failed experiment. At least two more reactors were planned, and at the time of disaster the fifth reactor was 85 % complete. Its construction was abandoned after the disaster, and it was left as it was with cranes at all.
