It was November, and again time for me to cross the Atlantic to go to the big PASS conference in Seattle. I started in Vancouver, WA (which basically is a suburb to Portland), for a smaller SQL event. This is Fort Vancouver, used by Hudson Bay Company in the middle of the 19th century.
