Phoneix Park is sizable park, just over 700 hecatares, west of the centre of town. The park hosts both the home of the President and the US embassy, so you cannot roam entirely freely. But there is still plenty of spaces with semi-wilderness, including a flock of deers. Walking along the main road through the park, I met two other tourists. I first thought they were asking me where to find beer, but they were asking for deer!.
