Jarun is an artificial lake out in the suburbs of Zagreb. My original plan was to go up to the mountain you can see in the background, but I learnt on my first day that the funicular that I used last time I was in Zagreb is no longer functional. Busses are available, but the schedule did not really permit me to go and come back to catch my flight home.
