Yes, that is actually how the Japanese name translates. Four small blocks just by the Shinjuku station with narrow alleys. There are a number of very small eateries, where you almost sit out the street when you have your meal. I tried a yakitori join with less than 10 seats. A marvellous atmosphere, the skewers were really good, and on top of all it was dirt cheap. My best dinner in Japan!
