In March, I went to London to attend SQLBits. The conference was in the less-than-photogenic East End, but not having been to London for twenty years, I did not dash to the airport after the conference, but stay around a day in the more interesting parts of London. It's Saturday night, I have just checked in to my hotel on the Strand, and I'm walking around in the neighbourhood to see all the people out.
