El Tatio is a big geyser field on 4300 metres above sea level, some 80-90 km north of San Pedro. It is quite an experience, but there is a problem: to see all this steam you need to be there by sunrise, why the tour starts 4:30 in the morning and in combination with the high elevation and the cold that time of time, this is a recipe for feeling less than perfect.
