| Next, we entered another area of the Salt Mountain Range which is known as Valle de la Luna, Moon Valley, and which is one of the main attractions around San Pedro. It is called Moon Valley, because, well, it just looks unearthly. I made the observation that the white layer on the ground is not too different from what I might see this time of year in Stockholm – with the important difference that in Stockholm it would be snow, and here it is salt. | ||
