19. Some People Can't Read

Sierras de la Ventana is the name of a mountain range in the south of Pampas; I believe that they are the continuation of a mountain range in South Africa. There is also a village with the same name, which is a popular destination for local tourism.

The couple walking on the tracks apparently can't read – the sign to the right makes it clear that it is prohibited.
